Meadow Overdress - Pine Green

The Meadow Overdress is a graceful layering piece, designed to bring both structure and romance to your everyday wardrobe. Whether worn over one of our blouses, a chemise, or a flowing dress, the Meadow transforms each outfit into something timeless and enchanting.

The Meadow features a boned corset bodice with an attached open skirt, so that your underlayer can peek through. The gently cinching front lacing and adjustable shoulder straps allows you to shape and tailor the fit to your body. Once adjusted to your liking, the hidden side zipper makes for easy dressing in the everyday.

The overdress balances the breathability of linen with the softness and structure of cotton. This makes it ideal for layering through all seasons — airy in summer and perfect over warm underlayers when the weather cools. To layer, we recommend wearing the Meadow with one of our blouses or dresses for a complete look, and it pairs beautifully with belts when you wish to accentuate the waist even further. 

We recommend staying true to size when choosing your overdress. However, if your bust measurement falls between sizes or you're hoping for a more corseted and fitted look, consider sizing down for that extra snug feel. Made in 55% linen and 45% heavy natural cotton. The Meadow dress is a longer midi length style, falling to 51 inches from shoulder to hem on a size M. Original design by CottagecoreWear in-house, and manufactured in a limited quantity in collaboration with a small ethical production site in Hong Kong. We ship all our pieces from our offices in Norway.
